No experience needed.
Dates:
Sundays: 12/8, 12/15, 12/22, 1/5, 1/12
Times:
9-10:15am: 3rd-5th Grade
10:15-11:30am: 3rd- 5th Grades
11:30-12:45pm: 6th- 8th Grades
12:45-2pm: High School
2-3:15pm: 6th-8th Grades

MAYHEM Athletic Center (MAC) – Sport Court Surface

Price: $225 per athlete
Equipment Required: INDOOR Field Hockey stick, mouth guard, shin guards. Indoor left handed glove for 3rd grade and above.

Week 1 – Dribbling & elimination skills
Week 2 – Passing and receiving
Week 3 – Offense
Week 4- Defense
Week 5 – Structure and game play
