Sweat & Shoot U16/U19 Join a small group of athletes for 90 minutes of body-weight strength training, agility, and goal-scoring practice. Get plenty of repetition in a high-paced and FUN environment while getting a good sweat! Recommended for high school athletes! Thursday, 8-9:30pm .
