Cancelled Winter Travel Team Workout Package

Coach Gretta will be leading Winter workouts exclusively for our Indoor Travel Team Athletes. Train to play faster and stronger! This Package will include:

FOOTWORK & AGILITY DRILLS

DYNAMIC MOVEMENTS WITH THE BALL

CORE STABILITY, BALANCE, COORDINATION

BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

FIELD HOCKEY-SPECIFIC MOVEMENT EXERCISES

For the Virtual Workouts, Athletes will be creative and find items around the house to help them in their workouts!

Winter Indoor Travel Team Athletes Only!

Limited to 7th-12th Grade Athletes

Fridays: 5:00-6:30pm

In Person: 12/10, 1/7, 1/21, 2/4

Virtual: 12/3,12/17, 1/14, 1/28, 2/11
