U16/U19 Terps/Surge Combo NIT Fee

This payment is for the U16 Terps/Surge only and covers both the U16 & U19 NIT.  Payment is required to participate in National Indoor Tournament.  All players are required to have the full Mayhem uniform (including “M” signature socks in black AND white) pressed and clean for the National Indoor Tournaments.  Only Mayhem-specific clothing or generic athletic athletic clothing should be worn while representing the club at tournaments.  Contact Alex if you need replacement socks ($10 per pair) or extra gear.

The U16/U19 combo fee includes includes coaching expenses, tournament cost, and (one) official Mayhem NIT t-shirt for the rostered athlete.
