90 Minute Sessions:
- 60 minutes of skill work focused on ball control, dodging, passing, receiving, shooting, defense and structure
- 30 minutes of scrimmaging
Required Equipment:
- Indoor stick
- Indoor protective left-hand glove
- Sneakers
- Mouthguard
- Shinguards
- Mayhem pinnie (provided)
