Session 1 (6 Saturdays): 10:30AM-12:00PM
- November 18th
- December 2nd, 9th, 16th,
- January 6th, 13th
90 Minute Sessions:
- 60 minutes of skill work focused on ball control, dodging, passing, receiving, shooting, defense and structure
- 30 minutes of scrimmaging
Required Equipment:
- Indoor stick
- Indoor protective left-hand glove
- Sneakers
- Mouthguard
- Shinguards
- Mayhem pinnie (provided)
