Morgan Paese

Coach Morgan’s Coaching Philosophy: I am driven by the opportunity to empower girls through sports. I believe in celebrating the individual athlete while helping them contribute to their team, club, and something bigger than themselves. I encourage athletes to do their best each day with the understanding that “your best” can fluctuate depending on outside factors.

Coach Morgan has been coaching in the Greater Philadelphia area for over 8 years. Previously she held Head Coach positions at the high school level for Agnes Irwin and WC Bayard Rustin. Morgan also coached at the collegiate level as the Graduate Assistant Coach at DeSales University, while studying for her MBA.

Morgan is originally from Harrisburg, PA. She played D-III field hockey at Arcadia University where she was a two-year captain. During her junior year, she studied abroad in Rome, Italy where she competed on an Italian club team, HF Roma. She graduated with a BA in Communications.

Morgan has worked with every age group and hundreds of athletes at Mayhem in her 7 years at the club. During her time with Mayhem, she has led two groups aboard to compete in Scotland and the Netherlands.

Currently, Morgan is a marketer in the K12 education tech field. She lives in Media and loves to travel. If she is not in Philly she is most likely at the beach on Chincoteague Island in VA.
