Katie Kerachsky
“Katie Kerachsky is a standout field hockey player, known for her leadership and skill on the field. As a captain, she led her team to back-to-back state championships in high school, winning the Division 3 title in 2021 and the Division 2 title in 2022. Her impressive performance earned her spots on the RIIL 1st team All-Division and All-Tournament teams, solidifying her place as one of Rhode Island’s top players. Katie is the head coach of the JV field hockey team at Agnes Irwin, where she is dedicated to developing young athletes and building a strong foundation to support the successful varsity program. Alongside her coaching role, Katie continues to pursue her passion for field hockey as a member of Villanova University’s Club team. At Villanova, she also participates in Special Olympics, serves as a student tour guide, and works as a Leadership Living Learning Community facilitator, showcasing her commitment to both athletics and leadership.”
