Train to play faster and stronger. Athletes will be challenged in a variety of exercises designed to improve their speed of play and strength on the ball. Join this high-tempo program as a supplement to your school or club field hockey training. Open to any and all athletes, 7th grade and up.

Includes 8, 90-minute Sessions on Wednesdays beginning September 8th through October 27th, from 7pm-8:30pm

Package Price: $250 Early Bird Price, Price will increase in September

Grades 7th-12th, Athletes will be split by age during the session.
