2021 Home Travel Team Registration (U8, U9, U10, U12)

Includes:

• 8 weekday team practices that follow club-wide curriculum led by Team Coach
• Ongoing competition in 4 Sunday afternoon “League Days” in the NEW Mayhem Youth Fall league OR competition in one season-ending tournament

Additional REQUIRED Costs:

• Uniforms & Team Gear
• USFHA membership;
• Main Line Goal Keeping Academy (GKs Only)
• Travel Expenses;

Additional OPTIONAL Costs:

• Lessons & Small Group Training
• Mayhem In-House League Participation
• ELITE Skills Training Program for Travel Team Members Only
