2021 Home Travel Team Registration

By Invitation Only: U14, U16, U19 Home Teams (11 v. 11 or 7 v. 7)

Includes:

• 9 Sunday team practices that follow club-wide curriculum led by Team Coach;
• 1 Weekday practice focused entirely on penalty corners;
• Competition in 1 season-ending tournament or play- day scheduled in mid-November;
• “Mayhem Classic” in-house competition day among all teams in age group;

Additional REQUIRED Costs:

• Uniforms & Team Gear
• USFHA membership;
• Main Line Goal Keeping Academy (GKs Only)
• Travel Expenses;

Additional OPTIONAL Costs:

• Lessons & Small Group Training
• Mayhem In-House League Participation
• ELITE Skills Training Program for Travel Team Members Only

Season Duration: September 12, 2021, through November 14, 2021
