U-12 Travel Team Tryouts: 2021-2022 Membership

*11 or under as of 1/1/22*

This tryout includes evaluation for fall, winter and spring travel team membership.  Participating athletes will receive invitation for one of the following membership levels:

1. Fall Skills Training Membership
2.  Year-around travel team membership invitation;
3. Partial membership invitation that combines the fall outdoor and winter indoor season;
4. Fall travel team membership ONLY

Please note, Mayhem will NOT offer independent indoor travel team tryouts this year, as those spots will now be strictly reserved for fall travel team members.
